- ✗ VPS, Dedicated and Cloud servers (pro-rata only)
- ✗ Domain registrations, renewals & transfers
- ✗ SSL certificates once issued
- ✗ Any add-on services (backups, migration, priority support)
- ✗ Accounts terminated for AUP violation
How to request a refund
- Log in to your Cloudnexis client dashboard.
- Open a new ticket under “Billing → Refund Request”, mention your invoice number and reason.
- Our billing team will confirm eligibility within 24 hours and process the refund within 5–7 working days.
Domain refunds
Domain names are non-refundable once registered because we pay the ICANN / registry fee upfront on your behalf. You may transfer the domain out at any time at no cost.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our billing team first, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We’re a friendly team — please reach out and we’ll almost always fix it.
